Library
Devaswom Board Pampa College has a large collection of books which
includes reference books, textbooks, articles, fiction etc. Currently,
the library subscribes to 15 periodicals and 9 daily newspapers. The
Central library has 3 sections -Periodical section, Circulation section
and Reference section.
The library also provide well- equipped
facilities for the open access system. At present, the library is
offering an e-resource accessing facility through National Library and
Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content (N-LIST) of
INFLIBNET which can help students and faculty to procure quality
academic material of wide range which in turn helps in improving
learning and teaching. ILS software KOHA provides a user friendly
interface and the library has OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue)
system for making the library user-friendly for both students and
teachers.
It helps students and teachers check availability and
required books in the library. A Photocopy Machine is also available
inside the library for the students.
The library membership is open
to all staff and students. Each P.G student may get five borrower cards
and U.G student three borrower cards to borrow books from the general
library.
LIBRARY RULES
• The library will be open from 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM on all working days.
Books taken out by the student shall be returned within 14 days from the date of issue.
Failure of return the books on the due date shall entail a fine of Rs.1/- per day of delay for each book.

Spoiling or damaging the books in any manner the borrower shall be
required to replace the the book with fine or pay such compensation as
may be fixed by the principal.
