Biology Lab
Our college's zoology and botany labs, along with facilities for environmental science, form the cornerstone of our life sciences department. These labs are equipped with cutting-edge equipment and resources to support the practical learning needs of students pursuing B.Sc. degrees in these fields.
In the zoology lab, students can study a wide range of animal specimens, from microscopic organisms to vertebrates, aiding in their understanding of animal biology, behavior, and ecology. The lab is equipped with microscopes, dissection kits, and other specialized equipment to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
Similarly, the botany lab is equipped to support the study of plant anatomy, morphology, and physiology. Students have access to plant specimens, microscopes, and tissue culture facilities, enabling them to explore the fascinating world of plants and their interactions with the environment.
Additionally, the inclusion of environmental science facilities enhances the scope of study, allowing students to investigate topics such as pollution, conservation, and ecological restoration. These facilities, combined with dedicated faculty, create a rich learning environment that prepares students for careers in research, conservation, and environmental management.
